  1. Well, this is a serious disease that thousands have died from. Maybe there will be, who knows... i think that the scientists will find a cure. They're on the case!!

Cancer can't be cured, but it may be conquered. I believe that all scientists can do about cancer is refine radiation treatment. After a long period of time, they should have a high rate of success via radiation, enough that cancer isn't a worry for those with medical coverage. After that, the process would be refined to become cheaper to afford with evolution of efficiency.

  4. As we all know, cancer is caused by damage or mutations inflicted upon a human's DNA sequence, which causes the cells to abnormally grow. Although scientists are currently experimenting with DNA, a human being's DNA sequence is an extremely complex item to manipulate. Therefore, I believe that it is not probable for scientists to discover a cure.

I think that if we were able to successfully clone a sheep in 1997, which requires a a very complex knowledge of DNA, it is only a matter of time before we will be able to successfully reverse engineer a mutated DNA sequence back to the point where it was considered cancer free. While this could happen tomorrow or half way through the next century we must remain positive. "The sky is only your limit because that's how far you said you could go" -Patience O.
