Is there more to come?

So, as you all know, there will be no more shuttle launches. But do you think that this is just the begging of exploration? Is there more to come? Will we create newer and better technologies in the near-future? What is your opinion about this?

Of course there won't be. The end of the world will come soon, one way or another.

  3. Progress never stops. The end of the space shuttles just signals the beginning of something new. We've been using the shuttles for quite a long time now, so stopping that and pushing advancements in new technologies is the right decision in my mind.

  4. People are constantly trying to create new inventions, in order to improve their lives. Therefore, technology will always continue to evolve, even if there will not be any more space shuttle launches. It is also likely that there will continue to be more explorations in outer space, considering that numerous individuals are still curious and interested in finding extra-terrestrials.
