Two Headed Calf???

Scientists discovered this calf alone and starving. They searched to find out why this calf had two heads. They contacted her old owners and would not beleive what they had just heard. Those people left the calf stranded to die, because she did not fit in with other cows. Why she had two heads you ask? Well, the scientists found out something else. The calf was naturally born that way. Think it's impossible? Leave your comments below to let me know what you think about it!!!!!  :-D

  4. The two-headed calf is surprisingly similar to ordinary conjoined human twins. It probably happened because of a mishap during cell division.

  5. Nha-Uyen that is a good point but if it was a cell division where is the rest of the calfs body. With real twins it is different because obviously humans and calfs have differences between their bodies and cells.

  6. According to the website, http://www.bizarremedical.com/polycephaly-are-two-heads-better-than-one/, the cause of an animal being born with two heads is actually quite similar to the cause of having conjoined twins. Additionally, the two heads of the calf simply share its one body. Furthermore, according to the website,http://www.csiro.au/science/bovine-genome-decoded--ci_pageNo-2.html, cows share 80% of the DNA in humans. Therefore, cows are greatly simmilar to humans.
